Our review focuses on the 3Ps: PEOPLE: Excellent customer service from the NSJ team. Special shoutout to Remko, Camila, and Jen, they were the best ambassadors for both NSJ and the vendors they represent. They provided thorough information on our Antarctica expedition and made sure that support was available throughout the process. Prior to and during the trip, we communicated via WhatsApp, and they also interacted with the vendors to ensure optimal communication. People are the alpha and the omega of an organization! NSJ has an outstanding team! PROCESS: Very satisfied with the pre-sales, sales, and after-sales process. Everything was as expected and there were no surprises. Everything was streamlined. PRODUCT: The expedition to Antarctica via Albatros Expeditions (now Polar Latitudes Expeditions) was superb! Great hotel and restaurant staff! Knowledgeable and friendly expedition scientists. The zodiac cruises and landings were also the piece de resistance of the expedition. We saw penguins, whales, seals, and many species of birds. Food was great, both the buffet and à la carte options.

Our experience in Antarctica with North South Voyages and SilverSea has been absolutely incredible. North South Voyages guarantees that we always start the trip and are excited from the very beginning of the planning. Their professionalism, empathy, and experience are invaluable when it comes to destinations like this. They are approachable, accessible, consistent, and passionate about their work. We were looking for a travel broker and found travel companions. Thank you, friends at North South Voyages; everything is easy with you. The seventh continent is incredible, strong and fragile at the same time, calm and furious in a short time, majestic, rich in every sense, and possessing an aesthetic, visual, ecological, and animal beauty that has captivated us in a very special way. We are very fortunate and grateful to have been able to experience it. Going to Antarctica is about finding yourself. I don't know of any other place in the world where connecting with your purpose in life is easier. In a world like today's, I'm reminded of Mr. Ernest Shackleton's words... North South Voyages booked our flights BRISBANE-SYDNEY-SANTIAGO-BUENOS AIRES-SANTIAGO-SYDNEY-BRISBANE in January and February 2025: all our flights have being on time and we did not have any issues. Everything was perfect.

Sarah has been very patient with us as we spent few months to organise our trip and we were asking thousand of questions.

They also booked our cruise : THE BIG AUSTRAL LOOP with AUSTRAL BOAT of PONANT. This cruise took us to FALKLAND ISLANDS, SOUTH GEORGIA and ANTARCTIC PENINSULA for 18 days. The boat was very well maintained, our bedroom with a balcony was big and comfortable, the crew was very friendly and helpful, our guides were passionate about their subjects and very interesting (we were 153 passengers for 155 crew members) the food was very good and I took 3kg !!!

All our landings and zodiac cruises were breathtaking, we saw beautiful landscapes and thousands of animals (penguins, seals, birds, whales etc...). We have been very lucky with the weather, we have been able to make all the landings and zodiacs cruises, the passengers were friendly. Fantastic experience.
The only inconveniences were : Paul had seasickness and when we were cruising from a spot to an other he had to stay in bed. He enjoyed the Landings and Zodiac cruises anyway. The second issue was that we were registered with English speaking people as we booked our cruise from Australia. As our English understanding is not very good, we did not understand the scientific explanations, but fortunately the expeditions manager did her best to put us with the french speaking people. The third issue was the price but I recognize that the organisation and service were of good quality.

We came back yesterday with beautiful pictures in our mind and plenty of good memories. We do not regret this experience and we recommend this cruise to people like us who are looking for beautiful travel experiences.

We asked North South Voyages to design a trip that included three big bucket list places: the rain forest, Machu Picchu, and Galapagos Islands. And they did it expertly! Their ground partners met us on time at every location to help us navigate transfers, ticketing, and transportation. We trekked the Peruvian rain forest, explored Machu Picchu, hiked Huayna Picchu, and snorkeled around the Galapagos Islands. An epic, stress-free adventure thanks to Kelly and North South Voyages.
